Our estate sales begin with a complimentary on-site evaluation scheduled at your convenience. We will tailor an estate sale plan based on your individual situation and preferences.

At every sale we will:

• Research, sort, price, and prepare all items for sale

• Determine if some items would be better sold through auction, private sale or online

• Provide materials, tables, lighting, display cases, and staff

• Stage house to best display your items

• Advertise the sale on websites, newspapers, and through our exclusive email list

• Post highly visible signs to direct people to your sale

• Coordinate with you to decide best method of clean-out

JC Estate Sales offers the option of private sales for clients who cannot have a public sale due to homeowners’ association rules or who simply want to have more privacy and control. Over the last 30 years Jay has built an extensive network and will be able to find the right buyers for your items.

JC Estate Sales offers “broom clean” services. We will coordinate donations, trash removal and any other needs leaving your property ready for the next owner. This service is a great option for those clients who want to relieve themselves of the need to go through the process of emptying out their property after a sale.
